2020-2021 Elementary Spanish Dual Credit Information

Thank you for your interest in the MTDA Elementary Spanish I Dual Credit course, available via a partnership between Montana Digital Academy and our valued partner, Helena College.Helena College Logo

This is a year-long course that results in four (4) college credits.  Students must take, and pass, both semesters of the MTDA course to receive the college credit.  The college credit will be awarded at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Important Note

The Montana University System’s “One, Two, Free” initiative allows for up to six college credits at no tuition rate for Montana high school students.  This program applies to this course.

College Registration Timelines

Students must first be registered in MTDA systems for Spring 2021 (Elementary Spanish I B), per the semester briefing. Then, students must complete paperwork with Helena College to register for college credit.

Registration deadlines are set by Helena College and are firm.  Students must meet all requirements to qualify for dual credit.

Deadlines:

  • Friday, January 29, 2021: Dual Enrollment applications are due to Helena College by 5 pm.  The dual enrollment application and registration form at available on Helena College’s dual enrollment website:  LINK.
