Physical Education I

Course Description:
Physical Education I is an action packed course designed to get you up and moving while learning about the basic building blocks of fitness. This course consists of 18 weeks of physical activity, as well as curriculum that outlines important information for improving your own fitness level.
NOTE: MTDA physical education courses are not designed as adaptive PE courses. Students with injuries, special needs or other issues should contact MTDA curriculum staff to see if the course is appropriate for you. If a student has an IEP or 504 that limits exercise or physical activity, this course is not an appropriate placement.
Students may only take one PE course at a time at MTDA. Students may not take this PE class in addition to a local face-to-face PE during the same term.
