The Frontier Learning Lab is excited to launch the nation’s first AI Help Desk for educators, a resource built for Montana’s schools, but open to anyone ready to dig into the practical realities of AI, XR, and emerging tools.
This isn’t a chatbot. It’s real people, ready to help real educators, including teachers, administrators, support staff, get timely answers and next-level confidence with future-facing technologies. Whether you’re troubleshooting an AI tool, drafting a new lesson, or just want to talk through the risks and rewards of new tech in your classroom, we’re here for it.

Our focus is Montana educators, first and foremost. However, as capacity allows, we’re happy to support any educator, student, parent, librarian, or community member, in and out of Montana, seeking conversation and clarity in these rapidly evolving spaces.
We’ve got deep connections with experts both inside and beyond our team, so if we don’t have the answer, we may know someone who does. Let’s figure out what’s next, together!
How We Work—A Few Friendly Notes for Getting the Most from the AI Help Desk
- Tell us your context! Mention who you are, what your role is in education, and what you are trying to accomplish!
- Bring Your Curiosity. There are no bad questions—big or small, simple or complex, we’re happy to help.
- Respect the Queue. We aim for quick replies, but sometimes questions stack up. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
- Try, Then Ask. If you’ve already taken a stab at solving the issue, let us know what you tried. It saves time and helps us focus our support.
- Let’s Learn Together. If we don’t know the answer right away, we’ll look for it—and keep you in the loop.
