MTDA has received notification from Edmentum that PLE is experiencing issues this morning. From Edmentum:
“We are currently experiencing issues in PLE such as slowness, server errors logging in, students assignments page stuck loading new assignments, new assignments not displaying in learner view, and blank Edit status page. We are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We will let you know as soon as we have an update.”
We will keep you up to date in this location when we hear updates. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Update @ 9:04am: Edmentum has reported to MTDA that they expect to fix the problem “within the hour.”
Update @ 11:38am: From Edmentum: “This morning we experienced an issue with the PLE application causing some users to be unable to login, slowness while logging in, and newly assigned students unable to access assignments. Our Development team has since resolved this issue.”
This morning MTDA was made aware of server problems Plato is experiencing. Plato is working hard to resolve their server issues. No data is lost, however teachers cannot unlock tests or see student progress in facilitator accounts. The program is functioning for students unless they need a test unlocked. We will send additional updates as information is released from Plato about their server problems.
UPDATE: The issue has been resolved. Please direct any questions or reports of additional issues to support (at) montanadigitalacademy.org.
