MTDA offices closed for Independence Day

As previously announced, MTDA offices will be closed on July 3rd-6th for Independence Day. During that time, virtual classrooms will remain open, however, there will only be limited staffing of our phone lines and help desk. During that time, our teaching staff will not be monitoring emails.

Summer 2014 Original Credit Session 1 starts this morning!

Good morning from Montana Digital Academy!

The Summer 2014 High School Original Credit session 1 classes starts this morning! All online classrooms are open and ready for learning!

Today, you should… 1.) Log into the virtual classroom. 2.) Read and watch all introductory texts, video and syllabus documents. 3.) Look at upcoming deadlines and expectations. 4.) Contact your instructor via email and introduce yourself! 5.) Get started on the your assignments.

Remember… the summer courses have fast-paced time schedules! We expect the average student to spend 3-5 hours per course, per day to keep pace. You may find it takes more or less depending on your skill level and comfort with this format. However, if you are a first time online student, always plan for more time than less!

Confused and need help? If you have questions about the assignments, schedule or curriculum, contact your teacher. You can find their contact information in the upper left hand corner of the virtual classroom. If you have technical problems or username and password issues, contact the friendly, tech-savvy MTDA help staff at contact@montanadigitalacademy.org and we’d be happy to give you a hand!

Open Summer Slots Available for Enrollment

Attention site facilitators:

After processing drops, MTDA has agreed to open up enrollments to extra slots for the Summer original credit program until Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 7pm. These slots are first come, first served and we will not open up new sections under any circumstances.

If a class doesn’t appear in the drop down list in the enrollment screen, it means the class is full and is no longer taking enrollments.

Reminder: Deadline for Summer Original Credit Enrollment

Attention site facilitators:

A friendly reminder that Wednesday, June 4, 2014 is the final deadline enrollment for this summer’s high school original credit summer program. We will be sectioning off courses beginning Thursday morning and after that process beginnings, no new enrollments will be accepted under any circumstances. Please be sure to have ALL of your summer enrollments in before Wednesday!
